Sunny Isles Beach is a booming resort area where developers such as Donald Trump have invested heavily in construction of high-rise hotels and exclusive condominiums.

Sunny Isles Beach is located just South of the town of Golden Beach, also known as "Millionaire Row". It is a central location, only minutes from the ultra-luxury Bal Harbour and Bal Harbour Shops and to the south, Collins Avenue takes you all the way down to the nightlife on Miami Beach.
